Ordering* & Payment
We accept cash, money orders, personal checks (items shipped when cleared) and payments for single items via the PayPal Buy Now option now linked to each item on our site (so you can use your credit card, debit card or bank account.) Please email us with your selections if purchasing multiple items and we will issue an invoice via PayPal.

*For check or money-order payments: Please EMAIL US your selections and we will notify you of the total cost and email you an invoice.

All items shown are available NOW and there is only one each (unless otherwise noted) so sales are on a first come, first served basis. (We update as frequently as possible.) Pay via Paypal and your selection can be in the mail within 48 hours! 

FREE Shipping (Note: insurance is additional for orders under $100)

Your NY Glass Act order will be shipped FREE via US Postal Service first class mail with delivery confirmation and a gift box. Packages are carefully wrapped to prevent any damage in transit. Insurance is additional & highly recommended. Add 1.75 for orders up to $50 or $2.25 for orders $51 - $99. We are pleased to offer Free insurance for orders over $100. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are uninsured.

RUSH ORDERS (Note: Charges apply)
Please contact us directly with your order us if you have a RUSH order and we will quote appropriate USPS,Fed Ex, or USPS overnight, 2 or 3 day delivery fees and bill accordingly.

Returns
While we do not anticipate this because of the beauty, quality and exceptional value of our wares, if your selection does not meet your expectations, please return it for a full refund* within 10 days from the time of receipt. Contact Us by email to notify us of a pending return and obtain mailing instructions. Please pack the item as you received it with the original or additional bubble wrap in a secure mailer and send it via USPS or another reliable method, INSURED for the value of the item.  We will email you when the package has been received. Please allow 2-3 weeks from our receipt for us to process your return. A refund or credit will be issued according to your method of payment.  (*NOTE: Refunds are less any applicable shipping costs we incur and are issued only after the item has been inspected and determined that it has arrived in the same condition we shipped it in. NO REFUNDS for items that appear to have been worn.)
Personal Shopper/Special Orders
Please Email to let us know if you're looking for something special -- we can track it down and contact you with selections and pricing. Shipping charges APPLY for personal shopping items. The fee of $5.95 includes first class shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Personal shopper orders are NON-RETURNABLE.

We NEVER share our list and you will only receive occasional emails alerting you about new merchandise, special offers, and jewelry events. Contact us if you wish to be removed from the list.
